Coconut Key Lime Bars ..... WOW! They had such an amazing taste. The Key Lime Bars were tart and a little sour but not enough to overdo your taste buds. Another MUST TRY is the Grilled Fruit Kebobs. I'm not a fan of Cantaloupe so I did Honeydew instead and this just hits the spot! The recipes are very simple and super easy to fix. The key to this whole book is finding healthy recipes and snacks to follow the paleo diet that are delicious at the same time. I feel they have succeeded at that entirely! All the recipes sound so appetizing. These recipes would be easy for moms and dads with kids who are constantly on the go. Another thing I love about these recipes is that it makes a descent amount! When you have a dozen to sixteen bars and you're using them in your kid's lunches you have enough snacks for 2 weeks! Paleo Snacks is a very enjoyable and interesting book and I would recommend it to anyone to try! Not only are the snacks delicious, they are healthy!
