Meet Our Founder. In 2006, with two gluten intolerant children, Mrs. F. Katz was dissatisfied with the lackluster gluten-free products available in stores. Her children wanted the snacks others were eating, but she couldn't be sure they were gluten free, so she began experimenting at home with unique ingredients and baked tasty snacks for her family and friends. Today, the company has grown from a one-woman kitchen bakery to a full, state-of-the-art facility. Gluten free and full of taste!
