I read a lot of paleo books but rarely do I find so many recipes I actually want to make. I got this book on Kindle and I was bookmarking so many recipes that I eventually gave up. I have tried the Cauliflower Hummus which is a great idea and was delicious. I love how there are lots of recipes involving vegetables, as the paleo diet isn't all about meat and bacon as some other paleo cookbooks would have you believe.I plan to try Chicken wings with a Zing and the Chorizo and Shrimp sticks. I like how the recipes use ingredients which I regularly buy or have on hand. (Often, US books mention things like fire-roasted tomatoes which we don't have here in Australia.) The lack of pictures didn't bother me; as I mentioned, I prefer using Kindle, which doesn't display photos in a way which is worth looking at.
