I don’t know who designed this product but ,it is one poorly designed item. First of all;there were no instructions as to what to do with the two bottom saddle flaps. I finally figured out that they had to be filled with water to be weighted down. The design of the table top area was also poorly designed and will not hold glasses or anything in a stable manner.I decided to send it back and received a return shipping label only to find out that it would have to be sent to Great Britain which would’ve cost me over $100,so, I put it in the basement.
